This webinar will present a new capability available in UTMOST IV: the Quick-Start Optimization Templates. This is a feature that allows users to quickly create an optimization project for a specific model, based on their data. It significantly increases the user’s productivity, at the same time requiring little or no prior SPICE modeling experience. UTMOST IV provides many such templates for various popular MOSFET, BJT, TFT, HEMT, IGBT, and Diode models. This webinar will include a general presentation of the functionality, followed by a review of the currently available templates. Usage flow examples will be illustrated in detail for some of the most commonly used SPICE device models. The main goal is for the users to become familiar with UTMOST IV and start getting model results quickly.
